Urraca
In September 2024, we purchased a probate home in partnership with Jadi Batiyalia, naming it Urraca. The property required a fresh start, and we took on the challenge of removing stubborn odors and modernizing the space. In just three weeks, we transformed the home with new light fixtures, ceiling fans, a stunning accent wall, fresh floor-to-ceiling paint, and all-new carpet. By January 2025, the home was listed, sold, and ready to welcome its new owners with warmth and style. Mission accomplished—a beautiful transformation and a happy new beginning!
Wimberley
In July 2023, we embarked on an ambitious journey to transform barren plots into dream homes, this journey required immense imagination and faith. We envisioned bringing the comfort of city living to the tranquil Texas Hill Country, designing modern, spacious residences that harmonize with the serene landscape. This project encompassed four distinct houses, each reflecting unique ideas and contemporary aesthetics, without the city’s hustle and bustle. Upon completion, we stood in awe of the luxurious retreats we had created. Our once-empty land now stands as a testament to our perseverance and the realization of our dreams!
Smoke Signal
In June 2024, we acquired a foreclosed house built in 1984, captivated by its original hardwood floors and solid structure. Our goal was to rejuvenate and modernize the property through a strategic fix-and-flip approach. We focused on refreshing key areas, including the kitchen, flooring, paint, and necessary wood repairs, while preserving the home’s classic charm. This thoughtful blend of restoration and contemporary updates transformed the once-neglected house into a desirable, modern residence.
Silverado Condos
In June 2022, we embarked on our inaugural project, filled with a mix of nerves and faith in both God and our abilities. We purchased our first property: A unit in the Silverado Condominiums, downtown Austin Tx. Despite our limited experience, we dedicated approximately six months to revitalizing the space, installing new floors, and completely renovating the bathroom and kitchen. Designed with long-term rental needs in mind, this condo has become a consistent success, remaining perpetually booked. The rewarding experience inspired us to expand our portfolio, leading to the acquisition of two additional units in the Silverado Condominiums—one in September 2023 and another in January 2024.
